I just placed an order, when will it ship?
All orders placed before 10 AM are shipped on the same day. For orders outside of Gauteng, delivery typically takes between 48 to 72 hours. In general, you can expect your order to arrive within 24 to 72 hours, depending on the location and shipping method. I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
If you're not completely satisfied with your order, don’t worry! We offer a 14-day return policy, and if there’s an issue with the item, we’re happy to help. Please note that we can only exchange items if they haven’t been worn OR used. We provide a convenient service to pick up the product directly from your doorstep for exchanges or returns. If you'd like to return or exchange your item, simply reach out to us via Instagram DM or email us at cakewomensa@gmail.com and we'll guide you through the process. We want you to love what you ordered! 

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you’ve entered the wrong address or need to make a change, don’t worry—we’re here to help! Simply send us a direct message on Instagram or email us at cakewomensa@gmail.com as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to update your details. Please note that if your order has ALREADY been shipped, we may need to charge an additional R75 to reship your order to the correct address. We highly recommend double-checking your shipping information before completing your purchase to avoid any delays!
